SHIPPING TERMS
There is a flat shipping fee of €4.90 for your orders within Germany. Pure voucher and card shipments are excluded from the flat rate. There are shipping costs of €1.90 for this. For orders over €120, shipping costs are reduced to a flat rate of €3.90. For very large orders with bulky goods, the shipping costs may also vary and amount to a maximum of €14.90.

Please note: If your order is a mixed order of greeting cards and other products, the shipping costs (of €4.90 and €1.90) will be automatically added at checkout. Of course, once we receive your order, we will automatically refund you the double shipping costs of €1.90, so that your shipping fee is a maximum of €4.90.

DELIVERY TIMES
We do our best to pack and ship your (available) orders within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders that you place on weekends or on public holidays will be sent to you directly on the following working day. Delivery is via DHL - the regular delivery time from handover is 2-3 working days.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE GERMANY
We also send your Little One packages - outside of Germany - within the EU, to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria .

Please note that we charge a flat shipping fee of €14.90 for this. The delivery time to other EU countries is a maximum of 12 working days.

COLLECTION
You are also welcome to pick up your order in person at our concept store in Dorsten ( Plaggenbahn 50a | 46282 Dorsten ) . Either during our regular opening hours

TUE 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM
THU 1:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m
FRI 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM

or by appointment from Monday to Friday.
